Help and feedback
Tell us what happened, what you expected, which device or browser you used and roughly when it happened. If your enquiry relates to an account, use the email address associated with it. We will use your message to investigate and respond.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Use Manage subscription in the app to find the provider that manages your purchase. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. For a payment enquiry, share the purchase provider and order reference if available, but never your card details.
Privacy and shared content
For a privacy request or concern about shared content, identify the information or group concerned and the outcome you need. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
Delete your Unfaff account or data
You can delete your account in Account settings in Unfaff. Transfer or delete groups you own first. To request deletion without opening the app, email hello@unfaff.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject Unfaff account deletion. Tell us whether you want to delete your account or particular personal data. We may verify your identity before acting; never send your password or sign-in codes.
Account deletion removes your sign-in account and personal profile. Contributions to other people’s groups can remain attributed to Deleted user; tell us if retained text or photos still identify you and you want them reviewed. Deleted media is queued for background cleanup. Subscription, security, support and backup records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, security or disputes, as described in our privacy policy. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it through Google Play or your purchase provider.
