Who these terms are with

Unfaff is a product owned and operated by Forward Digital Ltd. These terms are between you and Forward Digital Ltd. Our address and contact details appear at the end of this page. Read these terms before creating an account or buying Unfaff Plus. Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information.

Your account

Unfaff is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if someone else may have accessed your account. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

Use the service for your own personal plans. Do not impersonate someone, access another account without permission, bypass account or usage limits, or interfere with the service.

Groups and shared ideas

People in a group can see the ideas and other information shared with that group. Only add information and photos you have the right to share. Ask permission before sharing someone else's personal information. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or infringing material.

Group owners and admins can manage membership and content within the permissions shown in the app. If you leave or are removed from a group, you lose access to it. Your contributions may remain available to the remaining members.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to store, copy, display and process it as needed to run Unfaff and share it with the group members you choose. This permission lasts while the content remains in the service.

You can remove content where the app gives you that permission, or contact us about a privacy or copyright concern. Group members may have saved a copy outside Unfaff; we cannot retrieve those copies.

Picking a plan

The quiz selects from your group's saved ideas using the preferences you choose. Suggestions are not bookings or guarantees of safety, accessibility, availability, opening hours or price. Check those details with the venue or organiser before going.

You arrange and pay for activities directly with the relevant provider. Their terms apply to those bookings. Take responsibility for your own safety and follow applicable laws and age restrictions.

Free access and Unfaff Plus

Free accounts can own three groups and save twenty ideas in each group. Unfaff Plus currently costs £1.99 per month or £19.99 per year and provides unlimited owned groups and saved ideas. One owner's Plus entitlement benefits members of their groups. There is no free trial.

The checkout shows the actual price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period and renewal terms before you pay. Store prices may vary by country or provider. Development sandbox purchases are tests, not live charges.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

A subscription renews for its chosen billing period unless you cancel through the provider that took your payment. Use Manage subscription in the app to open the available management page. Cancelling generally stops the next renewal and leaves Plus available until the paid period ends, subject to the purchase terms and any refund.

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel with the original payment provider first. If Plus ends, your account returns to the free limits and the app explains which actions are restricted.

Nothing in these terms removes a statutory cancellation or refund right. Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. Any request to begin supplying the service during that period, any proportionate charge and any effect on cancellation rights must be explained and agreed at checkout. Contact us promptly about cancellation or a faulty service. Store refund requests may need to go through Apple or Google.

Service changes and availability

We will use reasonable care and skill to provide Unfaff. We may need to interrupt access for maintenance, security or events outside our reasonable control. We will explain material changes and their effect on paid access where reasonably possible.

We will give reasonable advance notice of material price or subscription changes so you can decide whether to continue. Price changes do not retrospectively change a paid billing period. Your consumer rights apply if a change materially reduces the service you purchased.

Suspension and closing accounts

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or the service, meet a legal obligation or address a serious breach of these terms. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and let you contact us to challenge a mistake. We will not use this clause to avoid an owed refund.

You can delete your account in account settings. Transfer or delete groups you own first. Contributions to other people's groups remain attributed to Deleted user. Our privacy policy explains what happens to personal data.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

Unfaff is for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from use for a commercial purpose. These terms do not affect rights you have under consumer law, including rights relating to services and digital content.

Complaints, applicable law and updates

Contact us first if something has gone wrong so we can investigate and try to resolve it. You may still use any legal remedies available to you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections where they live and may bring proceedings in their local courts where the law permits. We will publish a dated version when these terms change and notify you of material changes affecting your use.
